1. About these terms

By accessing or using a service covered by these terms, you agree to be bound by them and by any product rules shown to you in the relevant app or website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

We may correct or void activity affected by an obvious error, technical failure, incorrect result, event cancellation, prohibited conduct or other circumstance covered by the applicable product rules or law.

• use another person’s payment method without authorisation; or

7. Responsible gaming

Gaming carries a risk of financial loss. It is not a source of guaranteed income or investment return. Use only discretionary money, set limits and stop if gaming is causing harm. We may apply limits, breaks or exclusions to help protect customers and the integrity of our services.

8. Suspension and closure

9. Service availability and liability

We aim to keep our services accurate and available, but interruptions, delays or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that are indirect, unforeseeable or caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, rules or legal obligations. The updated version will be published here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
